This family orchard produces cider, perry, and vinegar in small batches with minimal manipulation, using ambient yeast fermentation. Blackduck is passionate about following organic orchard practices, and strives to produce the highest quality fruit for their products. The cidery is located on the charming family-owned farm site, Daring Drake Farm. The evaluation of their fruit, that grows exceptionally well in the Finger Lakes region, has been over eighteen years in the making, and continues each year.
